Below are our Terms and Conditions for your consideration:

Eco-friendly Ceramic & Porcelain Cleaning Expectations

• No Perfect or Brand-New Appearance: Cleaning Ceramic and Porcelain floors, showers, and counters will not result in a "perfect" or "brand new" look. Our Eco-friendly process enhances cleanliness but does not alter the inherent condition of the tiles.
• No Restoration of Surface Damage: Our Eco-friendly cleaning will not restore damage such as scratches, swirls, color fading, or wear that may resemble staining on Ceramic and Porcelain surfaces. These issues require specialized restoration services.
• No Stripping of Existing Coatings: Eco-friendly cleaning will not remove existing coatings applied to Ceramic and Porcelain floors, showers, or counters. Stripping is a separate service. If you need stripping or color restoration, please request a free estimate.

Ceramic & Porcelain Grout Cleaning Limitations

Regal Tiles and Stone Care will meticulously clean the grouted areas of your Ceramic and Porcelain floors, showers, and counters. However, if the grout has not been professionally sealed, it may be permanently stained. While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee flawless grout appearance in such cases. For enhanced grout restoration, we offer grout color restoration or staining services, and we’ll gladly provide a no-obligation estimate upon request.

Ceramic & Porcelain Grout Stain or Color Seal Limitations

It is common for grout to have a colorant applied, which may oxidize and flake over time, resulting in an inconsistent appearance in the grout channels. Our Eco-friendly deep cleaning process may accelerate the removal of flaking colorants, and cleaning alone cannot restore missing colorants. If you require grout recoloring services, please request a no-obligation estimate, and we’ll tailor a solution to meet your needs.
